Each of our items is made to order!
After you place your order, Zoë will personally cut and sew what you've purchased.

Due to a high volume of commissions, my current wait time for masks and smaller items is approximately 2 weeks. Please send me an email if you have any questions about a specific item you are interested in.

Clothing orders (such as shirts or custom pieces) will likely take 3-8 weeks at this time.

Benefits:

• Allows our small business to provide a wide selection of fabrics, sizes and products
• We can keep coming up with new interesting things without having first to sell old stock
• We can more easily accommodate special requests
• You know where your items are made (Vancouver, Canada), and even who makes them

Drawbacks:

• You need to wait a few days for your item to be made and dispatched (1-3 business days for small items such as masks, 1-2 weeks for custom clothing)

$2 Lettermail offer (Within Canada)

If your order's combined weight and size is small enough, you will have the option to choose Canada Post Lettermail to anywhere in Canada.

Please note that this option does not include tracking! We can't be held responsible for any items lost or delayed by Canada Post. However, if your package is delayed feel free to contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.

Shipping to USA and Worldwide

Yes, we can ship to USA and Worldwide!

All rates are calculated at checkout based on Canada Post and USPS rates.

USA:
"Expedited" shipping option includes tracking, and "Standard" shipping option does not include tracking.

Worldwide:
"Tracked Packet" shipping option includes tracking, and "Small Packet" shipping option does not include tracking.

Local Pickup (Vancouver)

We do offer free local no-contact pickup from our home studio location in East Vancouver.

If you select this option at the checkout, you'll receive an email notifying you when your order is ready (usually 1-3 business days).

After you receive your notification email, please contact us to schedule a pickup time during business hours.

We ask that you wear a mask and respect social distancing measures when picking up your order, and that you please bring your order confirmation with you.
